(a) the number of proposals received from the State Government of
Bihar for setting up of new Engineering Colleges during the last five
years alongwith their current status;
(b) the reasons behind pendency, if any, of such proposals received
from the State Government;
(c) whether any time limit has been fixed for disposal of the proposals
received in this regard;
(d) if so, the details thereof;
(e) whether the long delay caused in disposal of the aforesaid proposals
is likely to affect development related works; and
(f) if so, the details thereof?
