(a) Whether the Government has data on the recovery of farmers in Maharashtra and their agricultural lands post second tranche of funds allocated to farmers in 2020 under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) Yojana;
(b) Whether all farmers have been able to receive the funds as per the three instalments promised; and
(c) If not, the reasons thereof?

(a): Yes Sir. As on 11th March, 2021, around Rs.78.37 crore has been recovered from the farmers found ineligible under the Scheme, in the State of Maharashtra.
(b) and (c): Yes, Sir. PM-KISAN is a continuous and ongoing Scheme, and as and when the corrected and error free data of the eligible beneficiaries are received from the States/UTs, the requisite amount is transferred to the account of beneficiaries through Direct Benefit Transfer. The beneficiaries, whose names are uploaded on PM-KISAN Portal by the State/UT Government in a particular 4-month period / trimester, shall be entitled to receive benefit for that trimester and for further installments pertaining to the subsequent trimesters.
