(a) the number of incidents of fire in Railway Coaches standing at yards/stations occurred since January, 2004 train-wise;
(b) the approximate amount of the loss suffered by railways due to such fire, incident-wise;
(c) the details of inquiry ordered, their outcome and the action taken by the Government on inquiry report and against the officials/ persons found guilty, incident-wise; and
(d) the remedial measures taken/to be taken to prevent recurrence of such incidents?
