(a) to (c): To contain the spread of COVID-19 in the country, the Central Government, adopted a multi-pronged, multi-sectoral, whole of society and a whole of government approach, which inter alia includes engagement with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs)/ Community Based Organisation (CBOs)/Civil Society Organisation (CSOs) in various COVID-19 containment measures. Central Government has also constituted an Empowered Group for partnership with private sector,

NGOs and International organizations. In addition, Central Ministry/ Department/ Organisation concerned has been requesting State/Union Territory (UT) Governments from time to time to engage NGOs/CBOs/CSOs in management of COVID containment.
