(a) the details of the criteria fixed for allotment of Livelihood Business Incubators (LBI) and Technology Business Incubators (TBI) to various States in the country, State/UT-wise; and
(b) the details of LBI/TBI allotted to the various States particularly Odisha so far?

(a): Under the scheme ‘A Scheme for Promoting Innovation, Rural Industry and Entrepreneurship’ (ASPIRE), the Ministry of MSME does not allocate any State-wise target for setting up Livelihood Business Incubators (LBI) and Technology Business Incubators (TBI).
(b): Details of the LBI/TBI sanctioned to the various States including Odisha is at Annexure-I.
