(a) the details of disbursement of funds to West Bengal under various DBT schemes of the Government during Covid-19 lockdown period from March 2020 to till date;
(b) the details of disbursement of funds to Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts of West Bengal under various DBT schemes of the Government during Covid-19 lockdown period from March, 2020 to till date; and
(c) the details of financial assistance provided to West Bengal for economic revival and post Covid-19 lockdown?
(a) : Rs. 14,971.87 crore in cash and Rs.8,117.63 crore in kind has been disbursed to West Bengal under various DBT schemes in FY(2021-21) till 01.02.2021.
(b) :The details of disbursement of funds to Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts of West Bengal under various DBT schemes are as follow:

(c) : Additional borrowings upto 2% of GSDP has been allowed to States over and above normal borrowing limit of 3% of GSDP for the year 2020-21. This has enabled additional resources amounting to Rs.27,149 crore to the State of West Bengal. Borrowings of 1% of GSDP amounting to Rs.13,574 crore has already been issued to West Bengal. Under the scheme of Special Assistance to States for capital expenditure, West Bengal has been allocated Rs.630 crore out of which Rs.315 crore has been released to the State.
