(a)to(c) According to the information furnished by the Distance Education Council

(DEC), a Statutory Body under Indira Gandhi National Open University (K3NOU) Act, 1985, a few Universities are offering their programmes in distance mode beyond their territorial ji.irisdiction. The DEC has recently asked two Deemed to be Universities of Rajasthan to refrain from offering programmes through distanpe mode as they lack infrastructure and support facilities at their Study Centre.
