(a) whether there is any plan under consideration of the Union Government for the
expansion of the stadium so as to promote sports in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh;
(b) if so, whether the Government have allocated/proposed to allocate funds for
this purpose during the current year;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the time by which it is likely to be completed ?
