(a) the programmes being run by the Government to connect youths of all the North-Eastern States to the various flagship programmes of the Government;
(b) the details of the funds allocated for these programmes, State-wise; and
(c) the number of youths who have acquired employment by participating in these programmes, State-wise?

(a) to (c) Department of Youth Affairs, Government of India is implementing various schemes/programmes viz. National Youth Corps Scheme (NYCS), National Young Leaders Programme (NYLP), National Programme for Youth and Adolescent Development (NPYAD) for promoting national integration, personality and life skills development, volunteerism, leadership development and awareness on local contemporary issues confronting youth. The Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) through its programmes, schemes and projects create awareness among youth on various flagship programmes of the Government and also motivates and encourages them to avail benefit under the schemes of Government by approaching concerned departments and agencies.
In addition, various Central Ministries/ Departments also implement different schemes/ programmes which connect the youth of the country including from the North-East Region to the Flagship Programmes of the Government.

A compendium of all Flagships Programmes of the Government of India was prepared and sent to all NE States and Aspirational Districts of the North Eastern Region for awareness by North Eastern Council, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region.
