(a) whether the Government have received any proposals from the State
Governments for releasing funds for computerisation of Deputy Commissioner
Offices and providing enough infrastructure for proper monitoring and
utilisation of land records data;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State-wise; and
(c) the time by which the funds are likely to be released for the purpose?

(a) Yes, Sir.
(b) & (c): The Ministry has received a proposal from the Government of
Karnataka for release of additional funds for computerisation and creation
of infrastructure at Deputy Commissioner Offices. Accordingly, this Ministry
has released an amount of Rs. 59.40 lakhs to the State of Karnataka during
the current financial year for the purpose.
