Question : TALKS WITH SEPARATIST OUTFITS

(a) whether the Government is proposing to hold fresh talks with separatist outfits active in Kashmir;

(b) if so, the details thereof and the time by which the said talk is likely to be held; and

(c) the number of separatist outfits active in Kashmir at present alongwith the names of such outfits invited for talks by the Government?

(a) to (c): Government have always been open to talks with all groups in Kashmir. These talks by their very nature are held away from public glare. It would not be in the public interest to disclose the details.
