(a) the number of reports received from the National Commission for Minorities during the last three years till date in regard to attacks on minorities in the country particularly in Gujarat , Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa and Andhra Pradesh;

(b) whether Union Government forwarded these recommendations to the concerned State Governments;;

(c) if so, the details thereof;

(d) the action taken thereon; and

(e) if not, the reasons for delay in taking action on the recommendations of the Commission?
