(a) whether the Government is aware of the recent judgement of the Supreme Court holding that national interest requires doing away with all forms of reservation in Institutions of higher education in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto;
(c) whether the Government proposes to bring any legislation to implement the aforesaid judgement; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
