(b) & (c) The time taken for disposal of applications depends upon the receipt of complete documents,
recommendations of the designated authorities and established need for the project in the area
where it is proposed to be set up. There are 34 applications for grant-in-aid assistance in which
additional documents/information has been sought from the applicants/State Governments
