(a) the total area of cultivable land in Aralam Farm;
(b) whether the strength of work force is adequate to maintain the farm;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether the matured rubber trees have not been taped on account of shortage of
work force resulting a loss of lakhs of rupees; and
(e) if so, the corrective steps taken/proposed to be taken in this regard?

(a) Total area under possession of the farm is 3060 hectares. The land fit for raising
the plantation crops is 2541 hectares.
(b) There is no shortage of work force at the farm.
(c) Not applicable in view of reply to (b) above.
(d) No, all the matured trees of rubber have been tapped.
(e) Does not arise in view of reply to (d) above.
