MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT (SHRI SUDARSHAN BHAGAT)

(a) to (d): The Ministry of Labour and Employment maintains the data of  the rural wages annually. As per the data furnished by them, the average daily wages of rural unskilled workers for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 indicate a positive but fluctuating trend. No data has been furnished by them for 2014. State-wise wage and growth rates for the year 2010 to 2013 (upto Oct, 2013) are given in Annexure.

 (e) No. There has been no cut in the MGNREGA funds, nor was there any dip in the MGNREGA wage rates for any State during the current year as compared to the last year.
