(a) whether it is mandatory for the companies/corporate houses to submit a periodical compliance report on implementation of labour laws by them to the Government;
(b) if so, the details thereof indicating the manner in which it is being done; and
(c) the details and the number of companies that have not submitted the said compliance reports to the Government along with the action taken by the Government against these erring companies during each of the last three years and the current year, State/UT-wise?
