(a) whether any project has been implemented or proposed to be implemented by the Government or any undertaking of the Central Government for providing threewheeler motorcycles to the disabled persons to provide them relief during travelling;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the rules under which the disabled persons can get this facility and the documents required in this regard?

(a) This Ministry is implementing the Scheme of Assistance to Disabled Persons for Purchase/Fitting of Aids/ Appliances (ADIP), that provides for distribution of motorized tricycles and wheelchairs to severely disabled and quadriplegic, persons suffering from Muscular Dystrophy, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Hemipeligia and any other person with similar conditions, where either three/four limbs or one half of the body are severely impaired. There is no provision for providing threewheeler motorcycles under the Scheme.
(b) to (c) Not applicable in view of answer to (a) above.
