Question : PERFORMANCE OF HUDCO

(a) whether the Government have reviewed the performance of HUDCO in terms of on going projects in various States during each of the last three years and the current year;

(b) if so, the details thereof, Project-wise, State-wise;

(c) the details of project/proposals received/cleared during the said period, State-wise; and

(d) the assistance provided/likely to be provided to each State, project-wise?

(a): Yes, Sir.

(b)&(c): State-wise details of schemes received & sanctioned during the last three years are given at Annexure-I.

(d): State-wise targets for allocation of housing schemes is given at Annexure-II. Project-wise sanctions depend on the submission of projects by State Governments.
