a) & b) Yes Sir, disinvestment of a part of Government shareholding in KIOCL is being pursued to make the company compliant with the minimum public shareholding as required under SEBI rules and regulations.
c) & d) Rs.84,971 crore proceeds have been received against the Budget Estimate of Rs.80,000 crore.
