(a) whether the FICCI task force on agriculture has recommended scrapping of the Essential
Commodities Act to make Indian agriculture globally competitive;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the response of the Union Government on each and every recommendations; and
(d) by when the recommendations are likely to be implemented?
