(a) whether authorities in Council of Scientific and Industrial Research have proposed conversion of damaged and low value foodgrain into alcohol;
(b) if so, whether the Government has conducted any study on the economic feasibility of conversion of foodgrain into alcohol; and
(c) if so, the details thereof and benefits likely to accrue from it?
