(a) whether to check unauthorized hawking in trains and at stations, the Railways is coming up with a hawker policy and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the railways has invited suggestions from all the stakeholders;
(c) if so, the details thereof;
(d) the time by which the policy is likely to be framed; and
(e) the manner in which it will be beneficial for the passengers?
