(a) to (c): As a sequel to its visit to India in November, 2006, the Team of the Counter
Terrorism Executive Directorate of the United Nations Security Council has submitted its
evaluation report. The Team, in its report, has, inter-alia, noted India’s counter terrorism
structure and institutional/investigating mechanisms and has made some suggestions in this
regard and the Government has sent its comments thereon to them.
