Question : Cases Filed under MSME Samadhaan Portal

(a) the total number of cases filed using the MSME Samadhaan portal in the country, State-wise;

(b) the details of proposal, if any, made to increase the ease of usage of the MSME Samadhhaan portal;

(c) the number of rural enterprises that have filed complaints on the MSME Samadhaan portal in the country including the State of Rajasthan, district-wise;

(d) the details of policies considered, to increase ease of using the MSME Samdhaan portal; and

(e) the steps taken by the Government with regards to the same?

(a) & (c): As per data available on SAMADHAAN Portal, the total number of cases filed using the MSME Samadhaan portal in the country, State-wise is at annex. This includes the data of rural enterprises that have filed complaints on the MSME Samadhaan portal in the country.

(b), (d) & (e):
i. Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSEFCs) have been set up in all States/ UTs to resolve the delayed payment cases by way of conciliation and / or arbitration.
ii. Eighty Nine Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Councils have been established in the country.
iii. Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) continuously follows up with the State Governments & UTs for timely disposal of such cases. Regular Video Conferencing with the States/UTs are conducted and meetings/workshops/trainings have also been organized for officials of the State/UT MSEFCs.
