(a) to (c): A Discussion Paper titled âRequirement of Public Holding
for Listingâ has been put up on the Ministry of Financeâs website
seeking public comments by 28th February, 2008. The Discussion
Paper, inter alia, proposes minimum public holding of 25% for
both initial and continuous listing.
