(a) whether the Union Government has received any request from Kerala for enhancing the allocation of nonsubsidized kerosene to the State for the FY 2022-23;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Union Government has considered the same and has taken any decision in this regard; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d) Yes Sir. Annual allocation of Non-Subsidised PDS Kerosene is done by Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell (PPAC) in the beginning of each financial year.
States/UTs may seek further additional allocation after exhausting available quota. Considering the request of Government of Kerala, in addition to already allocated quota of 3084 KL, additional allocation of Non Subsidized PDS Kerosene has been done making an overall allocation of 21888 KL non subsidized PDS SKO for year 2021-22. Further, for the year 2022-23, an allocation of 2160 KL non subsidized kerosene has been made to the state of Kerala.
