(a) whether the Government is considering to provide relaxation in the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) for redevelopment of dilapidated buildings in Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mira Bhayander Mahanagar Palika areas; and
(b) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b)No Sir. This Ministry has not received any proposal from the State Government of Maharashtra to provide relaxation for redevelopment of dilapidated buildings in Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mira Bhayander Mahanagar Palika areas in the coastal regulation zone.
