(a) the number of cards issued under Ayushman Bharat Yojana in Maharashtra;

(b) the number of beneficiaries who have been benefitted therefrom during last three years;

(c) the number of private and government hospitals of Maharashtra included under the said Scheme; and

(a) to (d): Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) was launched on 23rd September 2018 to provide health coverage up to Rs. 5 lakh per annum per beneficiary family to around 10.74 crore poor and vulnerable families identified from Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) data of 2011 on the basis of select deprivation and occupational criteria across rural and urban areas respectively. As of 31st January 2022, the number of beneficiaries verified and provided with Ayushman cards in Maharashtra is 74 lakh. As of 31st January 2022, approximately 4.39 lakh hospital admissions worth Rs. 1,142 crore are authorized under the converged scheme in Maharashtra during the financial years 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22. A total of 970 hospitals are empanelled under the scheme in Maharashtra. This includes 671 private and 299 Government hospitals.
