(a) the amount allocated to Maharashtra under the Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) the names of units which have been benefited through the said scheme;
(c) whether the funds allocated under the said scheme has not reached the targeted beneficiaries;
(d) if so, the reaction of the Government thereto; and
(e) the corrective steps taken by the Government in this regard?

(a): TUFS is a Central Sector Scheme being implemented on a pan India basis, including the State of Maharashtra. However, under the Scheme subsidy is given to the units/entities through nodal financial institutions and not through the state govt. Details of subsidy released under TUFS to the units in Maharashtra during the last three years and the current year are given below:-
