Question : MONITORING OF AFFORESTATION PROGRAMMES

(a) the total amount given to Rajasthan for afforestation under the Centrally Sponsored Schemes during the last three years, year-wise;

(b) the total areas covered under the said scheme in the State during the above period;

(c) whether the progress of afforestation is monitored by any central agency;

(d) if so, the details alongwith the report of the said agency thereof; and

(e) the action taken/proposed to be taken by the Government on the report/comments of the said agency?
