(a) to (e): Yes, Madam. The amendment of Section 3 and 4 of the Anti-Hijacking Act, 1982, proposing
death penalty for hijacker and for conspirators/abettors of the offence of hijacking of aircraft,is
under process. The Anti-Hijacking Amendment Bill 2010 has been introduced in the Rajya Sabha on 19.8.2010.
