MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
(SHRI UPENDRA KUSHWAHA)

(a) and (b): Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has
informed that there are reportedly 155 Anglo-Indian schools affiliated to it.
Members of the Society/Trust/Management Committee are inducted by the
respective schools and CISCE has no information on genuineness of Anglo-
Indian Members. CISCE does not allocate any funds to these schools and
hence details of fund utilization are not available with it. Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE) has informed that it does not maintain any
record on such category of schools.
(c) and (d): This Ministry has no such information.
