Question : Targets under Various Schemes

(a) the details of the schemes launched in his Ministry since the year 2014 till date along with the details of targets set and the achievements made under each of the said scheme, year-wise;
(b) the details of the proposals received from various States along with the proposals approved under the schemes sponsored by his Ministry, State/UT-wise;
(c) the details of funds allocated and utilized for implementation of various schemes of his Ministry during each of the last four years and the current year, scheme and State/UT-wise; and
(d) whether the Government has set any time limit for completing the pending schemes and if so, the details thereof?

(a) Schemes namely National Mission on Himalayan Studies, National Adaption Fund Climate Change Action Programme and Control of Pollution have been launched since the year 2014 to till date. Control of Pollution has been approved in November, 2018. The details of the targets set and the achievements made under schemes are attached as Annexure–I.

(b) The details of the proposals received from various states under schemes are attached as Annexure-II.

(c) The details of funds allocated and utilized under schemes are attached as Annexure-III.

(d) Standing Finance Committee (SFC)/Expenditure Finance Committee (EFC) of the schemes are approved till 2019-20.
