(a) whether the conditions of road from Moradabad to Kashipur on National Highway (NH)-121 is very bad;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether actual fuel crisis has emerged and frequent accidents occur due to bad road conditions; and
(d) if so, the steps taken by the Government for early repair of NH-121/ stretch from Moradabad to Kashipur?

(a) to (d). Presently Moradabad to Kashipur road is not a part of National Highways Network and this does not fall on NH-121. Since, this Ministry is primarily responsible for development and maintenance of National Highways Network in India, hence the development and maintenance of the said road does not come under the purview of this Ministry.
