(a) whether the Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) has approached the Supreme Court to seek intervention
for appointment of an Arbitrator in the dispute over the D6 Block in the Krishna Godavari (KG) Basin;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor; and
(c) the response of the Government in this regard ?

(a)to (c): Government has not received so far any notice from the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) approaching the Supreme Court to seek intervention for appointment of an Arbitrator in the dispute over the D6 Block in the Krishna Godavari (KG) Basin.
