(a) whether the Government has any data of business benefit for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Sector out of COVID-19 relief package titled under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan; and

(a) & (b): Government has taken a number of initiatives within the COVID-19 relief package under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan for providing impetus to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the country. These are:
(i) Rs. 3 Lakh crore Collateral Free Automatic Loans for business, including MSMEs.
(ii) Rs.20, 000 crore Subordinate Debt for Stressed MSMEs.
(iii) Rs. 50,000 crore equity infusion through MSME Fund of Funds.
(iv) New Revised criteria for classification of MSMEs.
(v) No global tenders for procurement up to Rs. 200 crores.
State/UT wise number of beneficiaries under ‘Rs. 3 Lakh Crore Collateral Free Automatic Loans for business, including MSMEs’ is given at Annexure-I.
State/UT wise number of beneficiaries under ‘Subordinate Debt for Stressed MSMEs’ is given at Annexure-II.
