(a) The matter regarding Organ Donation in India is regulated under
Transplantation of Human Organs Act (THOA), 1994 and Rules framed thereunder.
Till date, Skin Donation is not covered under THOA, 1994. Hence, the
information regarding Skin Donation is not maintained.
