(a) the provisions regarding adopting Hindi as per the Directive Principles enshrined in the constitution;
(b) whether these provisions have not been implemented in the right directions till date; and
(c) if so, the reaction of the Government in this regard?

(a) The Directive Principles are included in Part IV of the Constitution containing in Articles 36 to 51 and have no mention of adopting Hindi.
(b)&( c): In view of (a) above the question does not arise.
