(a) whether the Government proposes to set up more laboratories for testing purity of goods in all the States including Chhattisgarh and if so, the details thereof; and

(b) the plan outlay and the expenditure incurred by the Government on consumer awareness programmes during each of the last three years and the current year along with the achievements made as a result thereof?
