(a) whether a large number of cases and disputes are pending in various countries
particularly in Gulf countries viz. payment of legal dues, death benefits, insurance money, salary arrears from the sponsors/employers, etc;
(b) if so, whether the Government has conducted any study in this regard;
(c) if so, the details thereof, country-wise; and
(d) the steps taken/ proposed to be taken by the Government in this regard?
