(a) to (c) Government of India attaches the highest importance to
nuclear safety and will take all the necessary measures to ensure the
safety of our plants. For the creation of a statutory nuclear safety
authority `The Nuclear Safety Regulatory Authority Bill` is proposed to
be introduced in the Parliament.
