(a) the details of allocations made to the States under Central Road Fund and road projects taken by the respective States during the last three years and the current year, State and year-wise;
(b) whether the State Governments have fully utilised funds allotted for the purpose during the last three years;
(c) if so, the details thereof, State-wise; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor alongwith the action taken thereupon?

(a) to (d) The state-wise details of the accruals and releases under Central Road Fund for the last three years and current year is given in Annexure. The funds are released against sanctioned projects on the basis of utilization certificates (UCs) received from the respective states. The fund under CRF is non-lapsable and stands in the account of the respective state. The unspent balance can be retrieved in future for the purpose.
