Question : DELICENSING IN FPI

(a) whether the Government propose to delicense the commodities relating to the food processing industry; and

(b) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b): Government have already abolished the requirement of industrial licence for setting up food processing units except for alcoholic beverages and items reserved for small scale industries.
