ANSWER
THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND
FAMILY WELFARE
(SHRI FAGGAN SINGH KULASTE)
(a) & (b): Health is a State subject and it is the responsibility of the State Government to promote or make available adequate health care facilities and manpower in their Hospitals.

However, as far as Central Government Hospitals in Delhi viz. Safdarjung Hospital, Dr. RML Hospital and Lady Hardinge Medical College and Associated Hospitals are concerned, physiotherapy is already being provided in these hospitals.

(c) to (e): Private Hospitals are regulated by respective State Governments. CGHS empanels hospitals for providing treatment services to the beneficiaries as per the terms and conditions of Memorandum of Agreement. CGHS has no further information in this regard.
