Question : Setting up of KRIBHCO Units

(a) whether the Government proposes to set up/has taken steps to set up new KRIBHCO units in Telangana and Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh to help the farmers;

(b) if so, the details thereof along with the roadmap worked out in this regard; and

(c) the details of the progress made so far and the details of funds sanctioned/spent by KRIBHCO units in Telangana during the last three years?

(a) to (c): At present, Department of Fertilizers has no proposal to set up new Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) unit in Telangana and Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh.
