(a) whether construction of National Highways (NHs) has steadily increased during the past four years;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the per day construction rate of highways at present;
(d) whether the Government is of the opinion that the speed is satisfactory or needs improvement; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?
