(a): The Budget Allocation (B.E.), Revised Allocation (R.E) and Funds released under the “Self Employment Scheme for the Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers (SRMS)” during the last three years and current year upto 15.9.2020 are as under:

(b): The target group of the SRMS are identified manual scavengers and their dependents. Safai Karmacharis who are not manual scavengers and their families are not eligible for the benefits of the Scheme. The number of identified manual scavengers/dependents who were provided rehabilitation benefits under SRMS during the last three years and the current year upto 15.9.2020 are as under:
