(a) whether any proposal is pending with the Union Government for
sanctioning a large amount under the Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme,
Vocational Training in Tribal Areas Scheme and Pre-Examination Training Scheme;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State-wise including Madhya Pradesh; and
(c) the time by which the said amount is likely to be released to
the various States including Madhya Pradesh?

(a) & (b): Proposals have been received with reference to Post-Matric
Scholarship Scheme for ST students from Madhya Pradesh and also some other
states like Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Rajasthan and
with reference to Vocational Training in Tribal Areas from Madhya Pradesh
as well as from Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat and Mizoram. There is no
such scheme called Pre-Examination Training Scheme. However, the Ministry
of Tribal Affairs has a scheme of coaching for Scheduled Tribes.
(c): The release of funds to the various State Governments including
Madhya Pradesh is a continuous process.
