(a): whether the spying activities of ISI agents are still continuing and spies have been arrested in Delhi while operating from cyber cafe;
(b) if so, the details of the cases reported during each of the last three years from various States;
(c) whether the Government is aware that such spies enter in the country through Nepal
and Bihar border; and
(d) if so, the action being taken by Government in this regard?

(a) (b) & (c) : There are no specific inputs regarding ISI agents arrested while operating cyber café in Delhi. However, 9 ISI backed espionage modules were neutralized in which espionage agents had used/ were using cyber café, out of these 3 were neutralized in Delhi. As per available information, State-wise details of espionage modules detected are as follows :-
